What are the size and fit of your sombreros?
Our sombreros will fit snug on dry land, ensuring a secure fit, once wet, the fabric will stretch out. So if it fits tight when you just got your hat, don't worry, it's designed that way!
We have tested our size on different people and they have reported back a comfortable fit, ranging across different sizes. Our testers ranged from sizes 56 CM to 59 CM. Moreover, there is a tightening cord in the back to ensure an adjustable fit.
We are exploring this and will adjust sizes based on feedback.
How do I care for my sombrero?
We recommend rinsing your hat after ever surf session, preferably, soaking it for an hour or so. Then, let it dry flat to help reshape the sombrero. Your hat will last years.
What is the back pocket for?
The back pocket is a great option for essentials you need, such as spare wax, small sunscreen stick, snack or vehicle key.

For now, we only provide 5-7 shipping days as we are a *very* small team of people, who also work other full time jobs.
We hope to expand to more options in the future. Thank you for your patience!
Do you ship internationally?
We currently do not ship internationally, we are exploring this, however.
If you live in Costa Rica, reach out to us and we can coordinate a shipment for you.
How can I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation once your order is shipped out that will contain a tracking number so you can track your sombrero right to your door!
Please note that all orders take at least 5-7 business days to process. Shipping times at checkout are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed, as carrier delays can sometimes occur. Carriers do not operate/deliver on the weekends, so estimated shipping timelines are noted in business days only.
